INTEGRATED GROUP SESSIONS
They are classes where all members are bein integrated, any young or adult that wants to dance is welcomed in, we would like to have people from our social fabric. A space for communication, exchange and knowledge where each persone can be enriched by participating, with the idea of contributing and reciving from the group.Come!, meet us!

They are classes where we will work on the body, conciousness, movement and dance. With the idea of being able to express and create, relax and connect with the body in the present moment. We will work on tools to be able to manage stress, fatigue, and to be able to regenerate ourselves through movement and creativity.
